Yes, 1.8 has OFFICIALLY been released.
No, NOVSCRAFT is NOT updated to 1.8.
Which means you can NOT play on the server right now.

NOVSCRAFT is powered by a popular Minecraft mod called Bukkit.
Without Bukkit, there would be no such thing as Faction Wars.
It’s absolutely needed in order for any part of our server to function.
And Bukkit is ran by a big community of people who develop it.
In order for Bukkit to include all the new 1.8 features, the Bukkit team needs to update it with the new 1.8 release.
How long it takes the Bukkit team to do this may vary greatly.
It could take 3 hours or it could take 48 hours.
I believe the team said they are 66% done with the new 1.8 Bukkit.
But you never know, they may run into a horrible bug that blows up the main dev’s computer and kills him, meaning no 1.8 Bukkit.
You can stay updated with the Bukkit teams progress by stalking their twitter feed.
ALSO
If you haven’t updated to 1.8 yet then you can still play on NOVSCRAFT on 1.7.3, when it asks you to update just say “No.”
2 people have seemed to do that. And when NOVSCRAFT updates to 1.8 then you can just update your client at next launch.

Grand I hate to be the one who complains and you’ve prabobly already have heard this from me but this server is getting way to crowded. I come on each day, waking up to Armathia is full even though you’ve put in your best effort to making the server more easily accessible. I go on to the website, like I am know, and I check who is on, and right know I can tell you that there are only two people that I have familiarized my-self with and thats veldshpay and you. Grand all I ask is that you become more aware of this if your able to in your life because having five new residents join Armathia every day can get to be frustrating. Thank you, Clark

About the infinite water soucre, you can do it with a 4 4 or so. You just need to fill in more corners. Love these videos, paulsoars does a great job explaining. I’d probably be failing in minecraft without him.
